  • Soil: Plots of centuries-old vineyards, planted at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, with a poor and uneven schist-granite transition soil, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they are subjected to careful manual selection. They are destemmed and trodden by foot in a stone press.
  • Tasting Notes: Dark red in color with slight hints of brick. Expressive on the nose, with notes of black fruit, chocolate, licorice and rockrose. On the palate, it is a very full-bodied wine with great persistence and freshness.
