  • Soil: Plots of centuries-old vineyards, planted at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, with a poor and uneven schist-granite transition soil, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked and placed in 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo careful manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, then transferred to French oak barrels, where they ferment and age. This wine is a blend of wines from different years (2 barrels from 2015, one barrel each from 2016, 2017 and 2018).
  • Tasting Notes: Intense straw color. Aromas of baking, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine full of layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness.
