  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Total destemming. Pre-fermentation skin maceration. Fermentation in small volume stainless steel tanks, with temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine colour. Intense fruitiness, with tropical and citrus fruits, combined with captivatingly complex aromas, featuring soft notes of butter, dried fruit and toast. Creamy, with firm and aromatic acidity in a fresh combination with a pleasant, persistent and enveloping finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage.
  • Serve: Between 11ºC and 12ºC
