  • Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation in wine presses equipped with a mechanical treading robot and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: It has an exuberant aromatic intensity of cocoa, mint and blackcurrants that result in an appealing tasting, with well-present and integrated tannins. Persistent and long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Nelson Rolo
  • Conservation: Between 4 and 6 years.
