Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Made from grapes from selected winegrowers in the Vinho Verde region, this wine is the result of a blend of the Alvarinho and Trajadura grape varieties.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, preceded by a light pressing and decantation for 48 hours. Fermented at a controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Greenish-colored wine with a citrus, mineral and slightly vegetal aroma. In the mouth it has a slight fizz that makes it vibrant and appetizing, resulting in a long and intense finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC

  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 3/4 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
  • Food Pairing: Salads, oily fish, white meat and grilled foods.
