Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Sandy floor, with a layer of clay 1 meter deep.
  • Winemaking: Fermentation in used 225L barrels, followed by aging on total lees for one year.
  • Tasting Notes: Golden-colored wine, very mineral, with aromas of sea air and iodine. In the mouth it is fresh, with notes of salt, dry texture and Atlantic acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 years in bottle.
