  • Winemaking: Grape selection at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: A red wine full of aromas and power, with nuances typical of the variety where you can appreciate the fleshiness of the black fruits, tobacco aromas and toasted French oak.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
