  • Soil: Single old vineyard.
  • Winemaking: The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 3rd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, destemmed and partially crushed, and the fermentation process was then carried out over 15 days, concluded with 8 days of maceration. Malolactic fermentation followed.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Extremely perfumed, with a concentrated aroma of wild berries, forest, with elegant notes of mocha and coffee. In the mouth it is enveloping with good freshness on the palate, with evident fruit and great complexity. Firm but smooth tannins, with a long and persistent finish.   • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months.
