  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Mechanical harvest at night. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 22ºC and 28ºC, in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color, with a complex aroma of red fruits, flowers and some spicy notes. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, with excellent structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Nuno Franco and Alexandre Relvas
