  • Soil: Vineyard with limestone soil at an altitude of 330 meters. Integrated production system.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes in 20kg boxes. The grapes are placed in an open wine press. Alcoholic fermentation begins in the same place, in contact with the skins. At the end of both fermentations, the grapes are pressed and stored in a closed tank until bottling.
