  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed and sent to "vinimatics" where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. They are then pressed and sent to the cold chamber.
  • Tasting Notes: It presents aromas of tropical fruits, spices and vanilla. It is velvety and unctuous, with a balanced acidity and smooth, silky tannins.
  • Maturation: The must is stored in new Hungarian oak barrels, followed by a 6-month bâtonnage period. After aging in the barrels, it is bottled and submerged in the Alqueva River, where it matures at a depth of 30 meters, in unique and excellent conditions for 8 months.
  • Serve: Between 7ºC and 9ºC
