  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 12º degrees in barrels with bâtonnage.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow color, exuberant nose, notes of spices, pain grillé, with some citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with present texture, rich, with great persistence and freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
