This blend of Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Miúda and Tinta Caiada is the result of this search for the maximum expression of Alentejo, pure and sunny. A wine with great character and ageing potential.

  • Soil: Made from grapes harvested in small plots north of the Serra d'Ossa with infertile rocky schist soils with low production quantities but high quality fruit. Our grapes are also grown under a certified integrated production system.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested and selected manually and after selection and crushing they were transported by gravity. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Post-fermentation maceration of 35 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated dark violet color. The nose shows the sunny side but at the same time freshness in the fruit. Concentrated and intense, notes of crushed blackberries and blueberries, with a floral touch, and a subtle aroma of toasted almonds from the barrel. In the mouth it impresses with its structured character, with freshness and acidity and fine and powerful tannins, ensuring a long finish. A wine with a lot to show with some time in the bottle.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Serve at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC

  • Conservation: Store at 12ºC
  • Food Pairing: It goes well with fatty meats, stewed or braised meat dishes, game dishes and strong cheeses.
