  • Soil: Made from grapes selected from old vines on small plots, cared for to produce quality wines. Poor granite soils with low production quantities where the priority is quality. Our grapes are also grown under a certified integrated production system.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are all selected by hand and after selection, the whole bunch is pressed. Suspended solids settle naturally and spontaneous fermentation occurs. After fermentation, the wine remains on lees until bottling.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrine yellow color. Citrus and mineral aroma. With good volume and a rich aftertaste, it finishes with impressive freshness and shows the excellent quality of the fruit. The finish is persistent.
  • Maturation: Stainless steel
  • Serve: Serve at 10ºC and drink at 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Antonio Maçanita
  • Conservation: Store at 6ºC
  • Food Pairing: It goes well with grilled fish, fresh or simply prepared seafood and sushi.
