Technical Sheet
  • Soil: An original investment in classic French grape varieties, planted on a half-slope, in clay-limestone soils, approximately 5 km from the Atlantic coast and at an average altitude of 90 m. Strong Atlantic influence, with moderate summer temperatures. The presence of the Sintra mountain range leads to the formation of fog and the maintenance of high relative humidity.
  • Winemaking: This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic “tanning” process, with partial destemming. The resulting must fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26-28ºC) for 7 days. 15% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Tasting Notes: An elegant and delicate wine, with classic cherry notes and very fresh herbal notes. Light hints of pine and toast. In the mouth it is lively and harmonious. Long, spicy and fresh.
  • Maturation: 15% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
