Technical Sheet
  • Soil: An original investment in classic French grape varieties, planted on a half-slope, in clay-limestone soils, approximately 5 km from the Atlantic coast and at an average altitude of 90 m. Age of the vine: 20 years.
  • Winemaking: This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic “tanning” process, with partial destemming. The resulting must fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (26-28ºC) for 7 days. 30% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Tasting Notes: An elegant and delicate wine, with classic notes of cherry, sour cherry and cedar. On the palate it is dry, lively and slightly toasted. Very long and balanced.
  • Maturation: 30% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months at the legendary Adega Regional de Colares.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Francisco Figueiredo
  • Conservation: 10 years or older.
