Lilipop Red is a wine with an earthy aroma, wild fruit, forest notes, fruit well integrated with the barrel. Good balance, fresh but with a super elegant finish. Present but elegant tannins. Fresh wild fruits and earthy notes. Very elegant wine, light, but with a lot of character that only the red dog gives it.

  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in a granite mill with foot treading for 6 days with native yeasts. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
