  • Winemaking: This wine was fermented 50% in clay amphorae with only the Viosinho grape variety and macerated for one week. The other 50% fermented and aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: It is complex, with aromas of stone fruit, very floral and with a lot of structure. Mineral, where you can feel the barrel and clay in perfect harmony. Good balance, fresh with a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
