Technical Sheet
  • Soil: It occupies 4 hectares of vineyards at two altitudes (190 to 230 meters high). With exposures to the South and Southeast.
  • Winemaking: All grapes are hand-picked, carefully selected on the sorting mat and destemmed before entering the granite presses. All grapes are trodden in presses and then ferment for 7 to 10 days at temperatures of 22ºC to 27ºC in the presses with manual pumping over.
  • Tasting Notes: Exceptionally fresh and elegant. With a great depth of colour, this wine seduces with its concentrated aroma of ripe red fruits, black cherry, plum and raspberry. Elegance and freshness announce a long and creamy finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels. The final selection of barrels and the composition of the batch takes place approximately one month before bottling.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
