  • Winemaking: Wine fermented in a cement press, trodden by foot but with temperature control. Indigenous yeast, taken from the vineyard itself, but multiplied in the vat 1 week before the harvest.
  • Tasting Notes: Orange color, floral aromas, green tea and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, a very present freshness, but in perfect harmony with the unctuousness of the years.
  • Maturation: Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 9ºC and 11ºC
