  • Winemaking: Total destemming, light skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Crystal clear appearance, citrine color. Aroma of white-fleshed fruits, intense with notes of oats, vanilla and toasted cereal. Complex, with excellent mouth volume and distinct persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 6 months after bottling.
  • Serve: Between 6º and 8ºC
  • Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado and Pedro Guilherme
  • Conservation: 5 to 7 years.
