  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in presses with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine of intense ruby color, with a complex aroma of red fruits with earthy and balsamic notes. It has a remarkable freshness, excellent structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
