Fitapreta A Trincadeira Não é Tão Preta 2021

A typical Alentejo grape variety, the Trincadeira preta (syn. Tinta Amarela) has a thin and fragile skin, which causes the grapes to rot if it rains and to become raisins in high temperatures. This “Trincadeira” was harvested at the best possible point, focusing on its fresh fruit side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that has been lost, but which has always been there. The Trincadeira... is not so black after all! Fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spice, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, quite structured and of medium texture.
