Charismatic and famous for its freshness and rusticity, Baga ao Sol marks both a style of wine and the identity of an entire region. This Baga is from Alentejo, which is unprecedented, and tests the variety from further south, where the shale, sun and heat allowed for other levels of maturation. The result? It is Baga as we have never tasted it before, without ever ceasing to be itself. A rustic Alentejo Baga as it should be, but warmer and with a different level of maturation. Without contact with barrels, which allows us to taste this unique variety in a region further south, as we have never seen it before.
