Palpite is what is in the soul of the winemaker, expressing a balance between the grapes, the “Terroir” and human intuition. In each harvest, Palpite Red wine is produced by selecting the best blocks of vineyard and the best barrels. Dark violet color with concentrated aroma of red fruits; subtle notes of menthol with ripe fruit and round tannins. The finish is intense and persistent.

  • Soil: The grapes come from vineyards in yellow schist and granite soils.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are gently crushed and moved by gravity into stainless steel tanks whose temperature is regulated so that fermentation takes place at 27ºC with two pumping overs per day. Fermentation is spontaneous. Cuvaison of 21 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated dark violet color with a concentrated aroma of red fruits; subtle notes of menthol with ripe fruit and round tannins. The finish is intense and persistent.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 17ºC and 18ºC
