  • Tasting Notes: Light citrus color. It has an intense tropical aroma, reminiscent of pineapple. In a more subtle way, a delicate side emerges, with white flowers. It reveals a notable acidity, firm and complex structure.
  • Maturation: Aged on total lees in new and used 500 and 600 litre French oak barrels for 10 months.
