  • Winemaking: From vines over 100 years old, carefully harvested by hand, we obtain a Douro wine made of precious subtleties. Vinification occurs spontaneously in granite vats and a small portion in stainless steel, and no wood is used. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a temperature
    controlled.
  • Tasting Notes: This wine features notes of ripe, crushed red fruit and delicate balsamic notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and black pepper. Balanced, elegant, and with well-integrated acidity and soft tannins, it's subtle and fresh.
