  • Soil: The grapes come from a very poor vineyard of schist or granite origin.
  • Winemaking:
  • Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color, Cem Reis Branco has an intense nose, fresh notes of citrus and wood spices. On the palate, it is generous, rich and concentrated in aroma. It finishes with good acidity and persistence. The finish is buttery and unctuous, resulting from the "battonage".
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
