Sátiro Clandestino White is a wine with a golden yellow colour. Intense nose, with white fruits and notes of tropical fruits. Aromatic balance between the toasted notes of the barrel and the mineral notes of the clay sculpture. The palate is soft, velvety and enveloping. Finish with good acidity and volume, revealing a dry, firm but very pleasant and gastronomic taste.

  • Soil: Produced at Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, from grapes of the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho varieties, carefully selected and harvested by hand.
  • Winemaking: The result of blending wines in which we used traditional Roman clay vessels (Anforas) for fermentation and, at the same time, modern stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and automatic steps. In the batch fermented by the "Roman" process, no mechanical pumps were used, all the filling of the "Clay Jars" was done manually and the fermentation was carried out by indigenous yeasts, that is, unselected. The batch fermented in stainless steel aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. In this "part" we used the effect of the bâtonnage process to be able to increase the volume and depth of the wine. The batch fermented in aged clay for 3 months in a 190-litre amphora.
