Herdade do Arrepiado Velho AMMA is a wine with a concentrated dark violet colour. It has a warm, concentrated and intense nose, with notes of crushed blackberries and blueberries, with a floral touch and a subtle aroma of toasted almonds from the barrel. The attack is full on the palate, and in the middle of the tasting it is full-bodied with firm and very ripe tannins. It has good acidity and the finish is indefinitely long.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, very light destemming to crack the berry. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21-day "Cuvaison".
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated dark violet color. Warm, concentrated and intense nose, notes of crushed blackberries and blueberries, with a floral touch and a subtle aroma of toasted almonds from the barrel. In the mouth the attack is full, in the middle of the tasting it is full-bodied with firm and very ripe tannins. It has good acidity and the finish lasts indefinitely.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottles.
  • Serve: Between 17ºC and 18ºC
