Grande Rocim is a wine with a deep and intense aroma, revealing notes of macerated berries, moss, spices and dried vegetables, in an impressive profile but lacking the rusticity so common in the variety. Vigorous and muscular, with powerful tannins perfectly wrapped in a full body, fantastic acidity enhancing the fruit and giving great presence and freshness to the whole. Still extremely young, a great wine for the present and, above all, for the future.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Carefully selected "grape by grape", on a vibrating sorting table. Fermentation took place on a traditional floor for 14 days.
  • Tasting Notes: With a deep and intense aroma, it reveals notes of macerated berries, moss, spices and dried vegetables, in an impressive profile but lacking the rusticity so common in this variety. Vigorous and muscular, with powerful tannins perfectly wrapped in a full body, fantastic acidity enhancing the fruit and giving great presence and freshness to the whole.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, having passed through a new barrel twice. Aged in the bottle for a period of six months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
