Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Single vineyard approximately 10 years old, low production, and exclusively with indigenous Douro grape varieties, predominantly Touriga Nacional (70%) and Tinta Roriz (30%).
  • Winemaking: The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions, in the first week of September. The grapes were duly selected, the whole bunch being pressed with low yield, which allowed the preservation of their primary aromatic identity while also enhancing a pleasant salmon color.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a crystal clear salmon pink color. Aromas of raspberry and some orange blossom. In the mouth, it reveals an experience of fresh red fruit flavors wrapped in a mineral texture and good balance of acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
