Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Cerceal and Malvasia Fina vineyard, 25 years old and located on the slopes of the Tedo River, a tributary of the Douro. The east-south exposure and 700 meters above sea level, together with the granite matrix, allow the production of wines of great finesse, freshness, linearity and longevity.
  • Winemaking: Using classic oenology, with manual harvesting and whole bunch pressing. All fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel tanks for a period of 10 months.
  • Tasting Notes: It is a fine and discreet wine, tense and mineral, greatly influenced by its terroir. Its aroma is fine and complex, with floral, citrus and herbal tea notes. In the mouth it has a medium body, with stronger citrus notes, and good acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months on lees in stainless steel tanks.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos & Rui Lopes
  • Conservation: With longevity until 2030.
