Maçanita As Olgas Red 2018

Maçanita Olgas Red is a wine with a ruby colour. It has a fresh nose where the barrel notes are barely noticeable. An elegant attack with persistent but balanced tannins. A long and textured finish. As if it were a score, interpreting the work of others is like taking up a song that has been sung 1000 times: there are always different ways of singing it. This vineyard, in areas with ancient grape varieties, has a delicate combination of notes, so to speak, varieties, which result in a classic (drinkable wine) from the Douro. A set of more than 20 notes, of which Donzelinha red, Bastardo and Tinta Carvalha are some of the ones we have heard played, so to speak, drunk.
