Maçanita Os Canivéis is a wine with a citrine yellow colour and a soft citrus aroma. The attack is dense in the mouth, with balanced acidity. Rich aftertaste. It finishes with plenty of freshness and persistence. Os Canivéis is like an opera, it has been sung by other people, by the ancients, it has been around the world, as if enjoyed by a thousand mouths. However, it can always be reproduced, in its authenticity, some seven decades later, once again. An ancestral grape variety, with a combination of more than 17 voices, so to speak, varieties, of which Dona Branca, Rabigato Miranda, Trincadeira Branca and Rabigato Verdelho are some of the ones we have heard sung, so to speak, drunk.
