  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked and transported in 18kg boxes. In the winery, direct pressing, cold decantation, fermentation 40% stainless steel, 60% barrel - bâtonnage.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes. In the mouth it is silky with a fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
  • Maturation: Aged for 14 months in neutral barrels.
