  • Soil: Made from grapes from selected winegrowers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine is the result of several years of studying grape varieties, soils, winemaking processes and special people we met.
  • Winemaking: Set of skin maceration, tanning and amphora fermentation.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with discreet but marked aromas of citrus fruits, spices and minerality. In the mouth it reveals citrus fruits and spices in a very fresh register due to the well-marked acidity. The light tannins give an additional texture to the complexity presented. A wine with a closed profile, very young and very serious.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
