  • Soil: Grapes from old vines, from the Douro Superior, planted in schist soils.
  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Receipt complete with destemming, crushing, followed by a two-day cold maceration at 10°C. Fermentation is conducted by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
