  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Selective manual harvest in 20kg baskets, selection on a sorting table, gently crushed and transported to the fermentation tanks without pumps. Maceration between 3 and 6 hours at a low temperature and the resulting sangria ferments spontaneously at 12ºC to maintain all the aromatic potential.
  • Tasting Notes: Light salmon color, notes of crushed fresh strawberry and cream. Super fresh attack, some texture, very saline on the taste and long and persistent finish.
