  • Soil: Parcels of Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, exclusively dedicated to rosé production, since 2017.
  • Winemaking: As with all Casal Sta. Maria wines, the harvest is always manual. At the winery, a huge effort is made to select the best bunches and berries, followed by a light pressing to avoid skin maceration. The must decant for about 48 hours in stainless steel tanks, then begins fermentation in barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Open salmon color. Complex nose with Atlantic notes, red fruits, and the elegance of French oak. Refined and velvety flavor, saline with crisp acidity. Long and intense finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
