  • Soil: Grapes from the original vineyards, planted in 2006 by Mr. Barão Bodo von Bruemmer, located in Casal Sta. Maria and next to Praia da Adraga.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested and rested for 24 hours in a cool room. They were then carefully selected in the winery and, after destemming and crushing, cold-pressed to prevent oxidation.
  • Tasting Notes: With a bright straw-yellow color, it presents rich aromas of stone fruit, a slight salinity, and subtle pastry notes. On the palate, it is vibrant and engaging, with refreshing acidity and plenty of creaminess. The long, intense finish lends it a gastronomic dimension.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Antonio Figueiredo
  • Conservation: Can benefit from bottle aging for 10 years.
