  • Soil: Quinta de Arcossó has a 0.8-hectare plot, integrated into a 20-hectare complex of century-old vineyards, composed of white, red, and rosé grape varieties. The vines do not follow any row orientation and are not supported by stakes or wires. In addition to the vineyards, the land includes olive trees (not exclusively bordering the vines) and other fruit trees, situated at an average altitude of 440 meters. The soil is of granitic origin.
  • Winemaking: This wine reflects an unwavering commitment to authenticity and minimal intervention. Following a meticulous hand-harvest, the grapes were handled with extreme care to preserve their integrity. Fermentation took place in small, temperature-controlled tanks, allowing the natural characteristics of the varieties to shine through. No mechanical processes or aggressive filtration were used, ensuring that the final product remains as pure and unaltered as the grapes themselves. This dedication to artisanal techniques is a testament to the Quinta's philosophy: to craft wines that are a direct reflection of their origin, guided by the wisdom of nature and tradition.
  • Tasting Notes: A wine with a light amber-red color, with notes of forest fruit, earth, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is a very elegant wine, with fine, noble tannins and a long finish. It is a complex wine, with a lot of personality and unique.
  • Maturation: It aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with only 1/3 of the wine remaining in new wood for 4 months in each aging process. With each change, 1/3 of the wine returned to the new oak barrel and the remainder aged in stainless steel.
