Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyard with limestone soil at an altitude of 335 meters.
  • Winemaking: Decantation for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a low temperature of 14-15°C in stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Notes: Creamy, smooth and elegant structure with notes of vanilla and great aromatic intensity. Citrus notes, freshness and minerality stand out. Long and intense finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 2 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 14ºC
