  • Soil: Grapes from old vines, over 60 years old, from Baixo Corgo in the Douro.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 20kg boxes. Reception with destemming and partial crushing, completing with whole bunches, followed by cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature in order to obtain an elegant and smooth wine, without excessive extraction.
