  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold decantation for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrus yellow color with greenish tones. Fascinating aroma of floral expression with a slight hint of citrus fruits. In the mouth, elegance seduces, where the Atlantic freshness is notable in a captivating finish.
