Guyot Red is a wine with a bright, translucent ruby colour, with the vintage not allowing for too much colour extraction. Aromas of wild berries, blackcurrant and black plum, wrapped in a vanilla-led ensemble. Fresh notes, reminiscent of mint and pine, which appear secondarily after aeration in a decanter.
