  • Winemaking: Grape selection at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Sophisticated and deep. Ruby red with relative density. Vegetal nose, with a slightly wild side, which is seductive. Light gunpowder, trail, fresh fruit and black pepper. The palate is very fresh, a picture full of contrasts. High acidity, medium tannins, dry finish. This is a wine with a strong personality.
