  • Winemaking: Grape selection at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a red color, with aromas of wild berries and cherries. In the mouth it has good fruity flavors and some longevity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
