  • Soil: Soils of sedimentary origin, with a clayey texture and high limestone content. Mild climate with a marked Atlantic influence.
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested in mid-September during the night. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in concrete. Maturation is done (30%) in French oak barrels and the remainder (70%) in concrete vats for a minimum of 9 months. No allergenic or animal-derived products are used in the production of this wine.
  • Tasting Notes: Elegant and rich aroma of black fruit, notes of rockrose appear at the end of the tasting. Tasty, finishes elegant, intense and persistent.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and the remainder in a concrete tank.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
