  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes are transported at very low temperatures to preserve their quality. Once in the winery, the grapes enter fermentation vats, where the temperature is maintained at 8ºC for pre-fermentation maceration. The temperature is then gently increased to allow for a long and careful fermentation, with the aim of preserving the natural aromas.
